Christmas 2013

We had an amazing Christmas this year!! Ken was home and his family came to our house for a few days. AND i even had Christmas Eve off which was an extra bonus!!

It's been a Hammond tradition to make homemade tamales during the holidays. Then we freeze a bunch and get to eat them the whole year. So yummy!!

Mom and Dad Hammond busy in the kitchen!!!

Aunt Claudia playing some computer games.

The boys got to open one present for Christmas Eve. They picked the Hess trucks my mom (Nana) got them. It's her tradition to buy them one every year so they knew what it was and were excited to open them. (For all my Utah friends Hess is a gas station back east and they make these super cool trucks every year that light up and make noise...sometime too much noise, but they are pretty neat.)

The boys both asked for Razor 360's ...and they got them!! After you get going on it for a minute the bike whips you around in a circle. They have love them!!! I thought Brax would be too big but actually he fits on it great, Alex has to stretch to reach the pedals...he's almost too short. Guess Razor made a big wheel for bigger kids!!

Alex also asked for this specific Glow Pet....boy was he SOOO excited!!!

Uncle Charlie got him a Ninja Turtle robe....Alex absolutely LOVES it!

Then the boys got to open the BIG present from me and Ken!!!!

NITRO CIRCUS TICKETS!!! We are going Jan 17th ,VIP tickets, get to go back stage and  we are sitting in the 8th row. It's going to be AMAZING!!! We all can't wait!!!

Ken loves Reese's and he he loves a BIG coffee cup...this was the perfect gift!

I made my little Giants fan a beanie!! Haha!!

So this was his outfit all of Christmas day, too stinking cute!!!

Nana and Poppy also got Alex a gingerbread train, he did a pretty good job. Of course he made it for a Ninja Turtle!!!

Ken's big present was a remote control car....look at my action shot!!! LOL. He's the biggest kid of all out of the bunch!!!

Ken cooked us another fabulous meal...his parents helped this time.

Aunt Claudia!!

Oh look there i am...talking to my Mom probably. I think i had the camera most of the day.

After a busy day Alex was wiped out...still in his robe of course and with little Stuart...awwww.
